Intuitive Energy Healing

Supporting your body’s natural ability to heal

Offerings

energy healing

As we journey through life we accumulate experiences that shape us. Sometimes we process these experiences and other times we push them down to deal with another time.

When we carry these unprocessed stories they are stored within us, sometimes causing stress on our nervous system and affecting our day to day life. When we experience pain in the body (physically, mentally) our system is telling asking us to slow down and listen. Energy work is a safe, natural and non-invasive way to allow the body to heal.

In a session with me you will be lying down as I tune into your energy field, sometimes gently placing my hands on you and other times working off body. You are welcome to chat and ask questions at any point.

Each session is different – you may feel lighter, more grounded. You may also experience old wounds coming to the surface. Remember your body will heal when it is ready and I will guide you gently through the session and hold space for anything that may come up.

about me

I was 14 when I first stepped onto a yoga mat in a church hall, somewhere in the Midlands, UK. I don’t remember it being wildly popular back then, but it felt like a place I belonged.

My 20’s were spent living in London where I worked in a buying office for a fashion chain. As my career evolved over the years, travel became a huge part of my life, and yoga became my constant.

When the hustle of fast fashion and frequent trips to China lost its appeal I took the leap to train as a yoga teacher, quit my job and immersed myself in the London yoga community. Over the years I have studied and practiced a myriad of styles. I spent time in India studying Ashtanga, dynamic flow in Morocco and attended classes and workshops around Europe and the UK. My years of teaching in London hold memories very close to my heart and I’m grateful to have had the varied experiences of working with addiction centres, post inmates, children, corporate and studio environments.

Throughout my teaching career and studies, although I was always been drawn to the dynamic asana practice,  I craved the deeper layers of the practice and its underlying magic. I wanted to learn more about the subtle energy and healing aspects, and so dived deeper into the chakras, koshas and our energy body.  Then one day I was handed a card after teaching. This lead me to a healer who opened my eyes to the incredible ability we have to heal ourselves.

I have since spent time with various teachers and am grateful to Cat Kabira, who has been an incredible teacher and mentor to me.
